A Midlands-based photographer, Alisdair specialises in automotive photography, and is the chief photographer for Total 911 magazine. Well-known for his fast working style, he combines his vast experience of lighting, both in the studio and on location, to deliver elegant images with immediate punch and drama — straight from the camera.
He’s worked for manufacturers, books and magazines around the world, with over 100 front covers to date, and having spent the last eight years plus photographing Porsche 911s, he probably has the most comprehensive collection of 911 images in the UK today.
As if that wasn’t enough, Alisdair received the Audi/Guild of Motoring Writers’ Photographer of the Year award in 2010 and gained 3rd place in the Headlineauto Photographer of the Year award in 2011, as well as 2nd place (highly commended) in 2012.
